Drying: the spools come pre dried. If the spool has been open for a while PLA-B best temp is 65c for 4 to 6 hours max.

Contacted support after my issue came up and they were extremely helpful. We found that the print file on the product page needed an update, so they were able to complete that, as well as provide me with another spool to try again.
Unfortunately, the filament broke apart once the basketball was printed and bounced. I followed their instructions for printing exactly, calibrated the filament for my P1S before printing, and dried the filament for over 24 hours prior to printing to make sure I could have the best results possible. Unfortunately, that all didn't appear to be enough as the basketball still split along the layer lines after less than 10 bounces from standard bounce height.
